Okay, I've just done another large batch of cleanup in MIMP. I can now use
it successfully (as expected) with both the Openwave SDK and Mozilla
(testing both Horde_Mobile) renderers. Make sure you update framework/, as
some Horde_Mobile stuff has been fixed, and get the latest CVS for MIMP and
let me know if you're still having any problems.
