A user can select which application to be set as the initial application
when s/he logs into Horde. The list includes "all" applications, and not
just those to which s/he has access to. It would be less confusing if only
accessible applications where listed in that selection box; and also if
their "Human name" was displayed, instead of their "Horde name".
