Could you provide an example?  I'm taking this report as if you have a list
of mailboxes (a, B, c, D) that it shows up in one view as (a, B, c, D) and
it shows up in another view as (B, D, a, c) and I am not seeing this (as far
as I can tell, the exact same sorting algorithim is used in IMAP_Tree:: no
matter which way you decide to view).
