It sounds like your are mixing blacklisted addresses and blacklisted
(deleted) messages.

2) Works fine for everybody else. Ask your provider if other clients have
the same problem.

3) I don't agree, you have the "delete message" option right below in the
rules configuration. I don't see how you could confuse those.

4) Can't say anything to that. It works for others. Maybe your blacklist
rules are incorrect?

5) Agreed, that doesn't make much sense.
