Also, month view appears have the "Week #" links off by -1.

The Week 42 (Oct. 10 - 16) link is displayed on Oct. 17, Week 43 (Oct. 17 -
23) link is displayed on Oct. 24, etc.

Also, see bug #707...  When follow a "Week #" link, I get Saturday as the
first day of the week, when it's supposed to be Sunday.
