I have a symlink set up on my horde installation, so I can access it at
"/horde" on the system's terminal, as opposed to
/home/html_root/public_html/internal........./horde, and also it was mapped
to an NTFS share in Samba (so I could access it on my local machine.)

As soon as both of those were disabled, it worked fine!  Thanks for your
advice.
