Using the latest (today's) HEAD of Horde, IMP, Framework, etc. I am still
experiencing problems with folder monitoring, folder selection, and folder
display in IMP when it comes to folder names containing national
characters.

The folder "_Domäner" is stored as "_Dom&AOQ-ner" in the local file system,
and when I click on it in IMP, I get a message saying there're no messages
in the folder (" _Dom%26AOQ-ner"). Notice the difference in characters used
to display the folder name.

I thought this might be a version gap between a Courier-IMAP version and
when I created the folders. But I created a new folder containing national
characters today, and the same problem is there.

What did I or Horde/IMP do wrong?
