Right; the Horde::stylesheetLink() call in agora/templates/common-header.inc
says to just use horde; it'd have to be changed to
Horde::stylesheetLink('agora') to load styles from Agora.

I guess we can do that, but in general it'd just cause Agora to do
unnecessary checks for files that won't be there.
