I just updated IMP, Turba, Horde, and Framework to 20041110, and the login
fields are centered as they should. The address book button/icon is still
displayed. 

What's worse, however, is that the segfaults with the left-hand
sidebar/folder tree is back. If I restore IMP to 24001108, the segfaults are
gone and the sidebar frame is once again displayed.
