The menu frame refresh is non-functional in Mozilla Firefox. The method for
refreshing the main imp screen seems to work. It uses a meta tag to do the
refresh, as in:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="300;url=/imp/mailbox.php?page=1" />

while the menu frame calls an update script that is much more complex (using
asyncGET), though I'm not sure why. Either way, it doesn't seem to work.

Using Firefox 1.0. I can't test in IE at the moment since the login script
for IE seems to be broken after today's cvsupdate, but that's for another
bug report.
