Hereby some code I hacked in last night to show / hide readed e-mails. I
changed two files and added a option to the prefs.php. All 3 files are
included. In the prefs you set the default behaviour (show them or hide
them). then there is a link shown in the menu to hide/show them. This does
not change your prefs, its only saved in the session.
Well check the code. 

The changes are done at this cvs version:
