It will be fine to designate a special group to treat users belonging to
that group as guests. This is for dividing users into subsets - some of them
can only add new tickets, and others are able to edit/process tickets.
In this case, if email address for "authenticated as guest" user  can be
determined, email field for ticket should be filled automatically.
