If I set English language (Select your preferred language:), then left frame
is sent in UTF-8 encoding and the diacritics in the folder names is OK. But
if I set Slovak language, the left frame is sent in ISO-8859-2 encoding and
the diacritics in the folder names is INCORRECT. Try it.
