Groups, as designed, simply can't be copied, because they can't contain
contacts from other backends. So you'd need to copy every entry in the group
to the other backend as well, which seems suboptimal.

My inclination is to simply skip moving/copying of groups and to show the
user a notice of this. Any objections/better ideas?
