Take a look at the HTML source of the login screen and see what the hidden
form variable "actionID" is set to. Also, make sure that the URL you're
using from IMP.reg is correct; there was a missing slash before the
?action=compose at one point. You might also try making it be
?actionID=login_compose instead.
