Problem still exists with 12/20 snap
If the bookmark is defined in the root ( My Bookmarks) - and there are no 
subcatagories defined - portal returns "No Bookmarks to display".
If you add a subcatagory - you still never see the root bookmarks - and you
get the   File does not exist:
/var/www/html/horde/trean/themes/graphics/protocol/.png
error.
