I suspect the value in the task_uid field should be the email address used
during horde login. Instead the value is something like
"20050104102658.3rt6v7t80aas at prefix.domain.tld". The task owner is
essentially a large hex value as well.

Creating a task works, but the author cannot list, view, or edit the task.
It exists in the database but cannot be accessed.

I will gladly provide more details if it will help.
