After upgrading to 3.0.1 from 3.0.0 receive duplicate sidebar immediately
after login.  When selecting item on either sidebar, duplicate vanishes.  So
far, appears only after initial login.  Workaround is to fallback to 3.0.0
Problem has also been reported on bulletin board.  Several other customers
have reported.  If I need to run any traces, please advise.
