If the top bar has buttons w/ text and too many buttons get added to
fill that top line, rendering becomes erract and pushes icons all over the

IE actually wraps the icons and keeps the purple (or whatever color)
background, while firefox wraps the icons but does not keep the backgroud,
creating ghostly-like images as in my screenshot.
