I figured out now, that this only happens when I try to insert a rule like:

if address :all :comparator "i;ascii-casemap" :is "From" "test at test.com"  {

      fileinto "INBOX/VIRUS";
      stop;
}

When I choose "contains" instead of "is", the script will be activated, but
"contains" does not worl for me...
