This causes a fatal error (about 'self signed certificate') when I log into
Horde and go to the Configuration->Users.  
Maybe it's better to set the protocol in the 'admin'  and 'quota' part for
Cyrus in servers.php to 'imap/notls' also. It took ME almost an hour to
discover the problem. So maybe changing the example settings by default in
the distribution will help other not-so-experienced admin's  for a better
out-of-the-box experience.  (Especially with, for example, Fedora Core 3
standard Cyrus rpm's).

Also, i want to use this opportunity to tell you that i think  Horde (and
it's projects) are absolutely great !!! Very nice documented (important and
often forgotten in open-source world),  maybe the best looking open-source
webbased  projects and very flexible and standardized (using PEAR stuff).
