For some turba objects I get the error "You do not have permission to view
this contact." This is interesting as I can view the object just fine from
the summary, but am not permitted to view the details for it.

I did some poking around the table turba_objects to see what is different
about the object that I can't read and I notice that the owner_id is
different with these objects. One has an owner of "sschmitz99" and the
others have "SSchmitz99".

I am using sql authentication (mySQL) for my horde install using horde
defaults. I created an account "SSchmitz99". I notice that I can get into
my account as "sschmitz99" or as "SSchmitz99". This case insensitivity is
nice.

However, it looks like Turba is doing a case sensitive compare against the
user_id to determine if I have permission to view the record.
