We provide no hosting services and we do not update anyone's software for
them. You need to get support for your mail/server/etc. from your hosting
provider, and they are the same people who need to do the
reconfiguration/data recovery work. Note that a software upgrade is unlikely
to have deleted your folders, although they may be hidden because of a
misconfiguration.

If your hosting provider can't support you, you need to find a new hosting
provider.
