Arg... after testing and testing and a little more testing, I've discovered
the problem whas the Firefox client that's instaled in the Fedora
distribubuiton by default. With the one that's installed in my XP
workstation, everything works fine.

So, I suppose the problem is related with cookie management, as Darren
stated.
