"I" and "i" are two different characters in iso-8859-9. I am writing the
definition of the letters to avoid incorrectly displaying in your browsers.

"I" is capital  of  "i without dot".
"I with dot" is capital of "i".

This issue was also a problem in horde/scripts/sql /create.mysql.sql. Chuck
changed "Insert_priv" to "insert_priv" in version 1.5 and the problem
solved.
