With the "#shared/" hierarchy explictly defined in servers.php, with IMAP
subscriptions turned off, and using UW-imapd 2004C1, the "#shared/"
hierarchy shows up in the "Open Folder" select in the upper right corner of
each page, but not in the list generated by folders.php. Removing the
noTrailingDelimiter() call right before the _getMailbox() call in _init() in
lib/IMAP/Tree.php seems to resolve the problem.
