When I initially click the "File Manager" from the left menu, after a new
login, gollem comes up fine, but once i leave the file manager to other
parts of horde and try to return to it by clicking on the menu link again,
it fails to load at all.  No errors in the horde log.

I've tested in in IE, and i didn't seem to have the same issue, so I can't
tell if its a code issue or a browser issue.
