I still can't reproduce this, even with a completely clean database. You
need to debug on your own what's going wrong there.

Some starting points in editforum.php:
- Check the content of $forums_list before and after submitting.
- Try to run $form->getInfo after the validate() if-clause and check the
content of $info.
