This occurs when using a mail client to delete messages from an IMAP server
and the option for "When deleting messages, move them to your Trash folder
instead of marking them as deleted?" is marked.
The message is deleted from the mail client, but then when using IMP, there
is no way to purge the message. You can of course select the message and
delete it again, but I think that the link to purge mailbox should be there
(if there are messages to purge).
