This problem occurs with folder names that are longer than the defined width
of the left menu bar. The initial layout is ok, but clicking on the folder
name causes it to jump to the left and break the layout. See attached pic.

This happens with Firefox but not IE6

Only noticed this recently - on a system updated from CVS, and also on a
freshly-installed system.
