Does seem to be a Firefox issue, but triggered by some recent change in
Horde. I still run a version of Horde at a client's site where this
mis-formatting doesn't occur, but my own system's installation of the latest
code shows the problem.

I'm going to have a dig around the code and see what has altered that might
be causing this. My PHP/Javascript knowledge is not great to say the least,
but I'll have a go....
