The sent-mail issues was resolved the same time Bug #1634 was fixed.
Trailer.txt was fixed (there was an instance of IMP_BASE instead of
MIMP_BASE in the code).

Looks like you don't have display_errors on which would have given you error
messages in these two cases, which is probably a good thing when using
non-stable releases.
