My domain (mikesmedley.com) is hosted by JaguarPC.com. A few days ago, they
installed the new major version of Horde. I have been having problems with
Netscape 7.2 (and 8.0 beta) that make Horde unusable for me. (However, IE
6.0 SP2 works just fine.) JaguarPC has confirmed the problem, but won't
roll back to the older version of Horde. I've used Horde for years, so I'm
hoping to get the problem fixed. Using IE is not an option for me.

Here are the steps to recreate the problem:

Your company has installed a new version of Horde without testing, and it is
causing me problems. I am a long time user of Netscape, Horde, and have been
with Jaguar/Aletia for a few years as well.

I do not want Philip to work on this problem. He is trying to blame my
client, when I have changed nothing. A new server software was installed,
and now I have problems. That kind of points to the source of the problem,
doesn't it?

Just for giggles, I cleared my cache, all cookies, andd rebooted my
computer.

Now to show the problem, step by step:

Start with a blank Netscape 7.2:

Log into e-mail: (user: testuser at mikesmedley.com pass: test)

Choose Horde:

Select "English":

Click on "Mail":

Notice another problem with Horde here. Look at the columns in the Inbox
list. They are all smooshed together.

But, if I click on the down arrow by "Date", the columns display correctly:

Open the first message in the Inbox list that has the subject "Hi test
message from support team...":

Click on "Reply", notice the blank pop up window:

Go back to the Inbox, and open the message with the subject "test message to
support team - ignore content". Click on Reply, and notice that the pop up
window works correctly.
