disable eAccelerator's disk cache, or properly clear it out when you restart
apache. This is documented multiple places, is a duplicate of other bogus
tickets, and has NOTHING to do with Horde. It's a VERY long-standing bug in
eAccelerator and mmcache that no one seems to care about except to yell at
us when it's not our problem.
