If adding an item to a calendar that is really more like an occurence, than
an event (i.e. putting someone's birthday on a calendar, or a holiday), its
cumbersome to create the event, and set all the dates and times to be
identical so it takes up no time on your calendar. It would be helpful to
have a toggle between setting up a zero-time event (an occurrence) and a
timed event.

Example: let's say we celebrate April 7 for some reason. I want to make
note of that on my calendar, so I add a New Event. It defaults to being a
day_start_time start time and a day_start_time + 60 minutes end time. I
don't want it showing up on my calendar as a 1 hour event (because its an
occurence), so I have to change end time to match start time. But it still
will show up on my calendar at 6AM (my day_start_time value). I'd like to
be able to do a single click (Zero-time event checkbox right above the date
and time area) and have it show up on my calendar, in a way similar to all
day events, but taking up no time.
