I am looking for a "work request", "trouble ticket", "problem tracking" type
of application that can manage day to day problems that come with building
management.  It would be handy if the system can track who which vendor was
dispatched to solve the problem and what the ETA and actual repair time is. 
Other than these few small pages I don't know what Whups is capable or if it
can be adapted to track problems other than those related to "Horde"  Thx.
