As discussed in the comp.horde.sork newsgroup (With this subject: Re: VFS
errors in HEAD version of Vcation, dated 4/11/2005) it would be good to add
the PASV option to the web configuration interface.  This allows FTP to work
when there is a firewall between Horde and the mail server. This can be
fixed temporarily by adding the pasv => 'true', command to the
vacation/lib/Driver/forwards.php file (somewhere around line 72).  It would
be nice to have this option in the web interface like it is in Gollem.  Same
is true with Forwards, which uses that same code.
