The patch is against horde/nag/lib/Block/summary.php

It adds a linebreak before the date and after it adds "tomorrow" or "in 2
days" or 
"5 days ago".

The functionaliy comes from Horde_Form_Type_date::getAgo.
Jan suggested to put it in framework/Date. As i am not so familar with the
horde structure i leave this to you.
