IMP supports imap/tls when php and c-client are compiled with the correct
options.  This is, however, not well documented.  In particular, it is
frequently asked why imap/tls isn't working (a quick google search confirms
this) but the answer is not widely available.

This patch adds the fact that imap/tls works and the most frequent fix for
why it isn't working, the need to append novalidate-cert to the end of the
protocol option, to the documentation in the server.php.dist file.
