I use Win XP EN (with Czech for non-unicode plain text files) on my
computer. When there is an attachement in an email and there is a special
Czech character (š,è,ø,ž,...) in it's name I get a really wierd chars when
trying to download (Save) it. It is OK in the browser, but not after I click
on the download icon. (see the attached image).

Any help appreciated!
