It is now possible to disable rules inside Ingo (Bug 1164).  However, you
still see the blacklist and whitelist buttons in IMP, even if those rules
are disabled in Ingo.  Is it possible to access the Ingo configuration to
disable the buttons and the filter prefs in IMP?
