IMP can't store sent messages on shared IMAP folders.

Apparently it always append a "INBOX" to the folder path, so instead of
saving the message on the shared folder, it creates a new folder inside the
users' INBOX with the same name of the shared folder.

For example, if I have access to a shared folder called "public", and try to
save the sent message on "public.sent_messages", IMP instead creates a new
folder called "INBOX.public.sent_messages", and fails to send the message.
