default, the cursor loads at the top of the compose form, instead of the
bottom.  So they've switched to doing that (I abhor HTML-by-default email
personally).

But, in the process, a bug, either in Firefox, or in the HTML editor module
is triggered, when using OS X.  I can consistently reproduce this with OS X,
using Firefox 1.0.2 and 1.0.3.  I cannot reproduce on Linux or Windows.

1)  Set 'compose_html' to true.
2)  Compose a new message.  Basically, the compose window comes up with the
plaintext version, then loads the HTML editor to switch to HTML mode (that
delay is causing problems but it may just be unavoidable).  When you switch
focus from the compose portion of the form to the To: field, a grey relict
shows up in the top part of the screen (see attached screenshot).
