I like the Kolab theme aesthetically, but its caused me rendering problems
on IE for Windows under XP, this rendering issue with Firefox on OS X, and
it totally breaks IE on OS X (one of many reasons we dropped support for
it).

I advised the user this is occuring to switch themes.  And I guess I'll have
to consider switching our default theme prior to widespread deployment.
