Still no go. My tests are with a UTF-8 encoded file name containing
Traditional Chinese letters. I test sending the attachment with three
different charsets, latin1 - my default one, utf-8 and big5; both specifying
the email charset before and after uploading the attachment. The only case
that works is if i set the email charset to utf-8 before uploading the
attachment. All other cases fail. The latin1 tests must fail of course.
