Our legacy email client added this, and its beneficial in our environment,
as one user pointed out, "There are ten of us that share one printer and its
difficult to distinguish between printed messages without a Printed by:".

Uses the fullname, if its set, or the username otherwise.  If its accepted,
the actual formatting of the Printed By: header could probably be changed,
to set it off from the actual message header a bit.
