In addition to  the "delete message when marked as spam" functionality, it
would be cool if IMP could be configured to move the message marked as spam
into the user's spamfolder.  Likewise, if the user was reviewing messages in
the spam folder, it would be good if messages that were marked as innocent
were moved out of the spam folder (presumably into the inbox).
