Here's a patch to do this... I don't like the wording the pref.  Perhaps
instead of having two prefs ( "move_after_spam_report" and
"delete_after_spam_report"), we should have a drop down?  Like...

After marking a message as (not)spam...
- do nothing
- delete 
- move spam to spamfolder and notspam to inbox
