This code shouldn't even be generated. Your preference to refresh the
sidebar is empty, and thus the javascript code to reload the sidebar (that's
causing the error for you) shouldn't be loaded. Did you update your
prefs.php file from the .dist version after updating? Did you do anything
else with your preferences?
