Nag does insert all tasks into mysql as supposed, but will not show any
tasks to any user.
Search does not reveal those tasks either.

Select in db to nag_tasks table shows, that all those tasks are inserted
into db.

>From Horde's SQL console I could also check that they were in db, so grant
to Horde user has been given properly.
